(1) According to section 73 of the Act, if any holder wants to take additional security from the person who accepts the negotiable instrument, he must attach the relevant negotiable instrument and any related documents and file a complaint before the notary within a reasonable time.< /p>

(2) After receiving the complaint according to sub-rule (1), the notary shall follow the procedure mentioned in sub-rule (2) and (3) of rule 12 and send the holder the form no. 1, 2, 3 or 4 should be verified in the form of no additional protection.
